How do I make an exchange?

| Ans:
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves). In the event that you have a positive balance from your exchange, you will be issued a store credit.

Returns: We do not accept returns on jewelry. All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, or ALTERED and is in original packaging. You may exchange merchandise within 10 business days of the date on your receipt. Please contact our customer service for exchange.
