PRODUCTION TIME REQUIRED

Each and every Delicate Raymond piece is made "cut to order" by client's specifications made during the checkout process, i.e. chain length, chain style, bead/pearl color. Due to the genuine handmade nature, each piece requires a unique production time to complete your customization. All Delicate Raymond Jewelry is manufactured by a group of skilled jewelers working in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles's Diamond District. 

Most products require 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS, items from the Monogram Collection and Panama Collection require 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Please note all items are handmade and we may experience an occasional delay in production times due to heavy volume and/or promotions.

DELIVERY TIME 

All orders are shipped via USPS.com (US Post Office) with First Class Mail (2-3 days), unless Express Mail is chosen, which takes 1-2 days. 

HOLIDAY CLOSURES

We will be closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day. We do not ship or make jewelry on non-business days and holidays. our production is done in Jewelry District in Downtown Los Angeles, if there is a Jewish holiday, the production houses will be closed.
